The Rotary Club of Cumberland Centennial presented Cumberland Lodge residents with a new refrigerator for their recreation room, as well as MP3 players and headphones for use in in Cumberland Lodge鈥檚 Music Therapy Program.
Research has proven that music not only improves the mood of people with neurological diseases, but can also increase cognitive skills and listening to familiar loved music can awaken the person inside.
