Coldest Night of the Year will be a hybrid model this year in the Comox Valley where participants can either walk when they want, with whom they want, or join in a larger community walk during Feb. 18-27, 2022.
Details for the larger community walk will be announced in January and will follow current COVID protocols. Participants can join as a team or as an individual. They are also invited to challenge others to a friendly competition to see who can raise the most funds.
鈥淟ast year the Comox Valley came out by the hundreds and raised more than $175,000,鈥� said Comox Valley Transition Society executive director Heather Ney. 鈥淛oin us this year to raise $150,000 to help families and individuals who are experiencing or facing homelessness in the Comox Valley.鈥�
