one of the most popular 鈥榚nd of summer鈥� events on Vancouver Island, is coming back to the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds, Sept. 14-16, and we have tickets for free ribs!
Thanks to our friends at the Rotary Club of Strathcona Sunrise Comox Valley, who are hosting the fundraising event, we have four half-racks to give away: two each, to two lucky winners.
If you鈥檝e ever been to Ribfest, you know how it works. Professionals rib cookers, a.k.a. 鈥渞ibbers鈥� will be at the Exhibition Grounds all weekend, cooking up some of the best barbecue grub you鈥檒l find anywhere.
Consumers vote on their favourites, for bragging rights.
To win, all you have to do is tell us, in the comments section of this article, who you would bring with you.
We will announce the winner Friday, Aug. 31.
The winners will be randomly selected from the entries. Tickets must be accepted as awarded; no cash value will be given. Winners will be contacted via Facebook, and must pick up the tickets at the Record office, located at 407D 5th Street, Courtenay.
Only one entry is allowed per Facebook account.
