The Friends of Comox-Lazo Forest Reserve (FOCLFR) are holding their annual general meeting on Thursday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. in one of the new waterfront sails buildings in Comox Marina Park - the Spinnaker Room.
The guest speaker will be Pam Moughton, president of the Comox Archives and Museum Society.
Pam is a keen historian and will be presenting a brief history of Comox.
鈥淲e hope you can come out and join us to learn more about the Northeast Woods and the Wildlife Management Area, an area of great importance, and well loved and visited by many, and at the same time, hear some of the fascinating history of Comox,鈥� said Friends鈥� president, Barbara Price.
