Winner announced in Discover Comox Valley Vacation Guide Photo Contest

Erin Chan has been named the grand prize winner of the Discover Comox Valley Vacation Guide Photo Contest.

Erin鈥檚 photo of the view from the top of the Goose Spit stairs, titled 鈥淪tairway to Heaven,鈥� received the most votes of all the 123 entries into the contest, garnering 24.9% of all votes cast. Her photo received 61 of the 274 votes cast. Erin won a $500 staycation package from the Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa.

The photo, along with numerous others that Tourism Vancouver Island staff felt represented the Comox Valley, will be featured in the 2021 Discover Comox Valley Vacation Guide. Watch for it on newsstands in June.
