The Simms Summer Concerts continues on Sunday, Aug. 10, at 7 p.m. with Stealing Dan, an ultra-authentic tribute to one of the most iconic pop-jazz bands of all time, Steely Dan.
Stealing Dan delivers fan favourites like 鈥淩eeling in the Years,鈥� 鈥淩ikki Don鈥檛 Lose That Number鈥� and 鈥淢y Old School,鈥� along with some lesser-known fan favourites. With a devoted following on Vancouver Island and beyond, the band has performed to rave reviews at Vancouver Island MusicFest and the Nanaimo International Jazz Festival.

Led by vocalist Jim Papp and featuring standout sax, vocals, keys and rhythm, Stealing Dan is a must-see for fans of Steely Dan鈥檚 sophisticated sound.
The free Simms Summer Concerts continue most Sundays at 7 p.m. through August. Upcoming performances include Shotgun Kelly on Aug. 17 and the Doobie Brothers Experience on Aug. 24, which will also feature a food bank drive.
