Ella passed away suddenly at The Views, Comox, B.C., on Nov. 7th, 2017, four days after her 81st birthday.
The family moved to the valley from Swift Current, Sask., in 1969.
Wife and mother is survived by her husband Harvey of 61 years; daughters, Colleen Amelia Malatest (Rob), Shannon Ella Carroll; super grandson, Tyler J. Carroll; and friend, James.
