Gordon has passed away after a four and a half year battle with cancer.
Born in Cumberland, Gordon met and knew many people from his years as a driver and salesman at Dairyland. He served time as the secretary and treasurer for the Lions Club, the treasurer for the Comox Valley Classic Cruisers, and was a member of the Valley Vintage Wheels.
Gordon enjoyed fishing, his old cars, and, in later years, his almost daily walks at the Comox Wharf.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Beverly, his son David (Elise) , his daughter Denise (Shane), and his granddaughter Taylor.
By his request, there will be no service.
