Grant Walter Douglas
October 27, 1942 - July 8, 2009
Passed away at rest at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital in Comox B.C. He was predeceased by his parents Bev and Douglas Stewart. Grant is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife Barb Stewart, his step-son Mike Stevenson (Barb), his daughters Kirsten McIlroy (Dean) and Kim Stewart, his step-daughter Cheryl Wingerter (Kelly) as well as his grandchildren; Darcie, David, Aly, Nathan, Tess and Keagan. A Gathering of Family and Friends in Celebration of Grant鈥檚 Life will take place at the Whistle Stop Pub on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 3p.m.
