It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James William Honeysett, at St. Joseph鈥檚 Hospital in Comox, BC, on April 13th, 2014. He is survived by wife of 45 years, Judy, and two children, Tara (Terry) of Parksville, and Greg (Michelle) of Courtenay, along with grandchildren, Kohl, Kennadi, and Meirah.
Our Poppa was a wonderful man who will be deeply missed. We will hold him tightly in our hearts forever. A gathering of friends and family will take place at a later date.
The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Joseph鈥檚 ICU, 1st, and 3rd floors, as well as Drs. Scruton, Hopwood, and Silcox, for their kindness and care. Donations in Jim鈥檚 memory may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society.
