Passed away peacefully in Honolulu, Hawaii, on January 23, 2009.
He was predeceased by his mother, fathers, and sister Rosalyn, and survived by his four children, Stanley, Jeffrey, Lesley, and Jennifer, grandchildren Emily, Kaitlyn, Stuart, and Hayden, his sister Sylvia (Phil), brother Alan, and his nieces and nephew.
An informal, private memorial for family will be held at a later date.
