The Comox Valley Blazers U-15 boys' hockey team competed in the Campbell River tournament Nov. 23-24, which hosted teams from as far away as North Vancouver.
Thanks to some superior coaching and hard work by the team, the Blazers came away with a second-place finish in a very close gold medal game against the Campbell River Black Knights.
