For the past four years, dedicated cyclists have participated in the Comox Valley’s Petite Fondo, raising more than $39,000 to date.

This event is one of many Royal LePage Shelter Foundation fundraisers, a national charity designed to support women and children escaping violence by providing shelter, education and prevention programs. All money raised in the Comox Valley stays in the Valley. This year, the goal is to raise $15,000 in support of Lilli House.

On Sunday, Sept. 9, an estimated 200 cyclists will embark on the distance of their choice, riding 44km, 55k or 75k with three rest stops at wineries.

This year, cyclists can challenge themselves by registering for a 115k Gran Fondo. All routes are through the Valley’s countryside, combining fitness and fundraising into one fun and rewarding event.
