Directors and Volunteers with Comox Valley Exhibition having been putting in many extra hours this year to celebrate the 鈥淩iches of the Valley鈥� at the 147th annual Comox Valley Exhibition.
Last year鈥檚 event was very small and quiet, but this year we will have much more family-friendly fun available for our guests. Enjoy the Laughing Logger Show, cheer on the West Central Water Dogs, enjoy a variety of cuisine from the food trucks and admire the CVEX Car Show on Saturday and the Island Bug Jam on Sunday.
The exhibition has some exceptional talent on the main stage this year with some of the performers also entertaining at the KidZone throughout the day. Visit the Barnyard Party animals at the petting farm and let the kids enjoy the Bounce-A-Rama area. Cups for Cancer is also back this year with Barrell Racing and an entertaining Cowboy Challenge Competition on Saturday.
Come on down to the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds at 4839 Headquarters Rd. and check out the competition winners of the Home & Garden Show in the Little Red Barn, as well as what the Artisan Alley Market has to offer.
Tickets are available in advance online at https://cvex.tickit.ca/ or at the main gate Friday, Aug. 27 from noon to 7 p.m., Saturday Aug. 28 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, Aug. 29 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
