Pearl Ellis Gallery president Pat Stauffer presents Mackenzie McLeod, from GP Vanier (top) and Telia Marie Paige, of Mark Isfeld, with $900 bursaries on behalf of the Comox art gallery. The bursaries are given each year to secondary school grad students who are going on to a post-secondary education in the fine arts.The Comox Valley Child Development Association was a huge benefactor of the COBS grand opening in Driftwood Mall. The owners of COBS donated all of their sales proceeds for the day to the CVCDA, accounting for a grand total of $4,548.28.
