Van Isle Veterinary Hospital is super excited to be hosting our fourth annual Cupcake Day fundraiser!
BCSPCA celebrates “Treat Week” across the province from Feb. 24–March 1, where business, pet owners and animal lovers can bake up a storm and sell treats with the proceeds going to BC animals in need.
Van Isle Veterinary Hospital will be baking more than 70 dozen cupcakes, cookies, squares and treats in the hopes of beating last year’s donations of $2,600 in seven hours!
Many local businesses such as Finders Keepers, Old House Notary, ABC Printing, Kal Tire, 50th Parallel, Stu Tunheim – Wealth Management, Bosleys, Westview Ford and Monica Parkin - Invis Mortgages are showing their support early with special pre-orders to help animals in need. A special shout out to Cumberland Bakery for donating 12 dozen of their delicious donut holes to help us reach our goal.
Each year the team at Van Isle Veterinary Hospital is blown away by the support from within the community as well local businesses who pull together for this great cause. Don’t miss out on Monday. Come early to get your favorite treats.
Baked goods will be available from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. or until they sell out. There will be gluten-free and vegan options available as well as special cupcakes for our four-legged friends to enjoy too.
