Wounded Warriors helps Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and first responders

Team members of the 2023 Wounded Warrior Run made their way Wednesday to 888 Wing in Comox, completing the fourth stage of the eight-day run that began Feb. 26 in Port Hardy and ends March 5 in Victoria.

In just two meetings held within four months, the 100 Plus Women Who Care, Comox Valley Chapter has raised close to $25,000 for two local charities that support building connections within the community at a time of great need.
