Park upgrade work is planned at the Comox Valley Regional District’s (CVRD) Seal Bay Park starting Tuesday, May 28 with construction of a new multi-use trail and new parking area. These park improvements align with public feedback received as part of the CVRD Park Management Plan public consultation process.
