The Comox Valley Regional District, in partnership with the City of Courtenay, Town of Comox and Village of Cumberland, has completed a regional housing needs assessment. The findings of the work will help meet Goal No. 1 of the Regional Growth Strategy: Ensure a diversity of affordable housing options to meet evolving regional demographics and needs.
