The weather was a little cool, a little breezy, and a little cloudy. But Mother Nature held off on the day’s forecast of rain and gave the participants and volunteers a terrific experience!
The 2025 Shoreline Orthodontics Tri-K Triathlon was held around the Comox Valley Sports Centre on the morning and afternoon of Sunday, May 25. There were about 280 participants from ages 4 through 81 that came out with the support of over 50 hard-working and appreciated volunteers to cover the pool swim, transition, road bike, and trail run. And there were lots of spectators to cheer and motivate!
Below is a list of race category medalists for the event and trophy recipients. All other information about the event including the full results and a collection of photos are available at .
A special thanks to all our event sponsors including Shoreline Orthodontics (our brilliant title sponsor), Canadian Tire, Thrifty Foods (who helped fund the lunches and recovery foods), and the other valued sponsors that provided funding and in-kind donations to make the experience special for our participants. Planning is already underway for next year’s event at the end of May 2026! Look for information to be provided later this year on the web site, Facebook, and emails to the past participants and volunteers.
