The Isfeld Ice senior boys basketball team defeated Nanaimo’s John Barsby Secondary 102-66 in its first league game of the season, Tuesday at Isfeld Secondary. The visitors kept the game tight in the first quarter, which ended 19-18 in favour of Isfeld, but the home side took over in the second to take a 46-30 lead into the half.
