Dear editor,
Any elected representative who walks out of a session because he or she isn鈥檛 getting his or her way and causes the assembly鈥檚 business to come to a halt should be considered to have resigned.
In a military situation, a soldier who abandons his or her post is dealt with firmly.
We should expect no less from our elected representatives.
