Dear editor,An opportunity presents itself.The inner core is suffering. The business demographic is changing.We must accept this fact.It took 100+ years to build the community. We must continue to build it. Let us not abandon the hopes and dreams of our pioneers.It is not up to the Walmarts, the Home Depots, Costcos and Superstores to shape our future. No blame to them 鈥� they all saw a business opportunity and took advantage of it, on our invitation.Here I present a plan to grow this community and redirect the erosion of the downtown core by replacing it with a new modern hospital.The conversion would be accomplished by legal, approved negotiation using professional assessors.
