The music kicks off at 1:00 p.m. with the soulful, roots-inspired duo Jesse Waldman and Marc L'Esperance, followed by the lush indie-pop sounds of Velavox, the genre-blending energy of the Jack Garton Band, and the infectious ska and reggae grooves of Phonosonics to close out the day.

“Our community is thrilled to host another great year of Music in the Park,” said Comox Mayor Nicole Minions. “This year’s line-up has musical energy and talent you’ll not want to miss! It’s the perfect way to celebrate the end of August together in our beautiful Comox Marina Park setting. We look forward to seeing you there!”

Jesse Waldman and Marc L'Esperance: This Vancouver-based duo blends blues, folk, and soul with rich harmonies and masterful guitar work—storytelling through song at its finest.

Velavox: An indie-pop duo from Victoria known for their cinematic sound, emotional depth, and polished, synth-infused performances.

Jack Garton Band: Genre-defying and high-energy, Jack Garton fuses folk, rock, and vintage cabaret into a foot-stomping, horn-fueled live show.

Phonosonics: Victoria’s own rocksteady revivalists bring infectious ska, reggae, and soul grooves — guaranteed to keep the dance floor moving.

Rain or shine, the show will go on! In case of heavier rain, follow the Comox Community Centre’s Facebook page for updates.
